As tech hubs such as San Francisco and San Jose are getting increasingly more expensive, many Northern Californians are looking at SoCal metros as their potential long-term destinations. Although, most large cities nationwide are experiencing significant growth in rental prices, Riverside is still more affordable than many of them which might lead to more people consider putting down roots in the area.
