24.2% of Riverside renters are planning to settle down in the area long-term. Compared to the national average, fewer Riverside renters plan on settling down in their current metro. As tech hubs such as San Francisco and San Jose are getting increasingly more expensive, many Northern Californians are looking at SoCal metros as their potential long-term destinations.
